Food Rocks was a musical audio-animatronics show in a rock concert style. The audio-animatronics were food items given human features like arms and mouths. This 12 minute and 39 second show included many different 'bands' all singing about nutrition. These bands would play popular songs with the lyrics reworked to have a nutritional message about healthy diets, eating in moderation and reading food labels. This show replaced Kitchen Kabaret when The Land's sponsor was changed from Kraft to Nestle. In 2004 (2004) Food Rocks was closed down to make way for Soarin'.

Some of the bands and entertainers were:

  • Fud Wrapper - your host
  • Peach Boys - based off the beach boys
  • Pita Gabriel - based off Peter Gabriel
  • Chubby Cheddar - based off Chubby Checker
  • The Utensils - kitchen utensils based on the band Queen
  • The Refrigerator Police - sing a parody of "Every Breath You Take"
  • The Sole of Rock ‘n’ Roll - a Fish that looks like Cher
  • Richard - a pineapple that resembles Little Richard
  • Neil Moussaka - musical eggplant based off Neil Sedaka
