The Plaza Swan Boats were a seasonal attraction that would operate during peak seasons. It would take guests on a peaceful trip around the hub. There were originally 12 boats until one was converted into a boat for cleaning the canals. By the end of ride, there were only 5 boats still in use. They were noted for having constant engine problems. This was a copy of the Storybook Land Canal Boats at Disneyland.[3]

[edit] Boats

The boats were powered by a natural gas engine along with an electronic guidance system. The guidance system had problems at the beginning and was replaced by two water jets allowing the boat to turn in any direction quickly.

The boats were stored and serviced opposite the Jungle Cruise boat's since both canals use the same water. After the ride was closed down, the boats were removed and put on the back lot on the north side of Walt Disney World. They were eventually sold.
