The Concourse Steakhouse sits in the middle of the Contemporary Resort atrium between the elevator shaft and Chef Mickeys. The restaurant has an open roof that allows guests to watch the [monorail] go through the resort[1].
The restaurant serves hickory-smoked prime rib, barbecue chicken, oven-roasted mushrooms and linguine, and Kansas City strip steak.
